THE BARKING CROW

                                       

6am in the morning, someone is really shouting hard making it difficult for SAHAB & his FAMILY to sleep…mrs.malkin woke up and got busy to her daily rituals..rituals?? Well preparing breakfast and packing Tiffin’s for her husband and son.

MALKIN folding her hairs and reciting slogan could see kalu maharaj sitting in the kitchen window frame. As she opens roti ka dabbaa, kalu maharaj shows her some gymnast’s skills.

Malkin welcomes kalu maharaj every morning with a whole piece of STALE chapatti and a bowl of fresh water, which kalu loves to. As malkin gets busy doing her breakfast , kalu maharaj finishes the chapatti and takes few sip of water and does some kaao kaao( just to thanks malkin for saving one chapatti last night ) and leaves for his work.

WORK???? well, Mr. kalu maharaj is thinking to get married soon. so he is in search for his KALU MAHARANI . Although he has given some advertisements in the matrimonial sites for kalu’s, but in vain. He is even busy building KALU PALACE for his wife and future baby kalu’s. Keeping in mind all this aspect, maharaj believes he should construct two storey’s palace.

Kalu maharaj stays in an AAM ka TREE which is located just opposite to MALKINS building and the kitchen window of malkins is easily viewed from kalu’s on going palace.

On his hunt for kalu maharani, one fine afternoon he met one female kalu sitting in a PERU TREE. kalu maharaj liked her she too liked him.

He loved, she smiled and he smiled, she loved.

Everything is set. Kalu maharaj got married to kalu maharani. Their kalu palace is ready to welcome their new maharani.

  Now malkin has to keep aside two chapatti every night for kalu and his mrs.kalu

After some long time, kalu maharaj came back (probably they went for honeymoon)

And got seated in the kitchen balcony and In his tone ( kaau kaau ) he crowed to Malkin, to which malkin reacted and smiled. She quickly placed chapattis in front of kalu mahraj.

Her eyes searching for his wife, Mrs. kalu maharani but could trace her .

Before she could take that extra piece of chapatti back, kalu mahraj took both the pieces and flew away to his palace.

He gave the extra chapatti to his wife, who is pregnant now. As doctor kalu advised her not to fly, she prefers staying back at her palace and wait for her hubby maharaj to return back.

One fine afternoon, kalu maharaj was out for shopping while mrs.kalu (still pregnant) was taking rest in the palace.

she experienced some sort of shake in their palace and got suspicious. She moved out and to her surprise everything was getting thrashed and her beloved relatives were already gone. She was the only one left in the palace. She tried to reach maharaj. Again she experienced the same movement, it was tree quake (just like we humans experience earth quake) and she could not fly. She was helpless now. But she could see, it was not tree quake. Some humans were cutting the tree with sharp object. Whereas Malkin was watching it furiously standing at the kitchen window holding her three year old son and SAHAB is instructing the other humans to cut the whole tree.

As whole kalu family is against the use of cell phones, maharani could not contact her maharaja or any other relative who belongs to kalu and family. (Reason behind not using the cell phone ….THEY care for mother earth unlike some humans and also they are well versed with the term GLOBAL WARMING  ...they are highly affected by it though )

  KALU MAHARAJ just arrived in the spot where few seconds ago there was his kalu palace and now he could not trace anything but his wife…his DEAD WIFE...who was expecting their 1^st baby soon.  In that tragic mishap, one mr.KALU DEVTA was saved and he narrated the whole incident to MAHARAJ as well as the accidental death of his wife MAHARANI.

MAHARAJ was smashed and shattered from the incident.  MANY kalu’s from different part have gathered there and they did kaau kaau (expressing their sorrow).

   MONTHS went he didn’t go to MALKIN.  SHE missed his kaau kaau. Every morning she wakes up and feels the emptiness of KALU.

  Mom where is the BARKING CROW? ‘Her son asked MALKIN

He has gone to his native ‘she replied

   BUT after one whole year, he comes back and was shocked to see the transformation of the place where once he lived with his wife. There was a construction going on.

It was under control of SAHAB.

KALU maharaj went to MALKINS kitchen window and he BARKS (shouts kaau kau for more than an hour)

MALKIN understands it and she offers his chapatti (it was parattha today) but KALU MAHARAJ didn’t accept it, but left the place forever and ever.
